The Nine Lives of Aristotle by Dick King-Smith

Excerpt from inside front cover:
“Aristotle the kitten is so adventurous that it’s a good thing cats have nine lives. But it’s even better that the kind witch Bella Donna is his owner. Somehow she is always there when he gets into trouble . Is that luck? Or a little bit of Magic?”
Aristotle the kitten is an amazing, adventurous cat who survives a 15 foot fall from a tree, being chased by dogs, trucks, a fall down a chimney, being swept along a cold, flowing river, trains and other fierce things. He risks his life eight times because he’s so curious. I think kids, no, everyone, would love this fascinating fictional character and this book.
